Beginning Hand Lettering

Jar with Pens

I am so thrilled you are here to letter with me!  If you don’t have your supplies yet, grab this shopping list right here and be sure to have a copy of the workbook handy too!  Hand lettering is a journey that will take a bit lot of patience with yourself and a little time, but I promise, it will be worth it!

My promise to you is this: follow the directions, ask for help if you need it, and practice every day (or most every day) for 15 minutes for two weeks, and you will see a huge improvement from day one!  The more you practice, the easier the process becomes.  You can letter anything – quotes from your favorite TV shows, Bible verses, all those inspirational quotes on your Pinterest page, and even those addresses on your Christmas cards!  There are also lots of lettering challenges floating around on the internet too!

I hope you enjoy learning to letter.  If you have a question, please feel free to drop me a message and I will get back to you as soon as possible!  I would also love for you to join my lettering group on Facebook!  It is a closed group to share work, participate in challenges, and get feedback (plus, catch mini-lessons posted there too)!

Go get your letter on!
